Wystawa stała Muzeum Pamięciu Sybiru mieści się na trzech kondygnacjach dawnego magazynu wojskowego i zajmuje powierzchnię 2500 m². Prowadzi zwiedzających przez historię ziem wschodnich II Rzeczypospolitej, obecność Polaków na Syberii w czasach carskich, sowiecką okupację, deportacje w głąb Związku Sowieckiego oraz codzienność w północnej Rosji, na Syberii i w Kazachstanie. Ekspozycja łączy multimedia z autentycznymi eksponatami, w tym pamiątkami po osobach represjonowanych. Integralną częścią narracji są relacje, wspomnienia i osobiste historie deportowanych. Wystawa pozwala spojrzeć na wielką historię przez pryzmat indywidualnych losów, świadectw i przedmiotów, które ocalały, pokazując dramat deportacji, siłę przetrwania i znaczenie pamięci. 

The permanent exhibition occupies three floors of a former military warehouse and covers an area of 2,500 square metres. It guides visitors through the history of the eastern territories of the Second Polish Republic, the presence of Poles in Siberia during the Tsarist era, the Soviet occupation, deportations deep into the Soviet Union, and everyday life in northern Russia, Siberia, and Kazakhstan. The exhibition combines multimedia presentations with authentic artefacts, including personal belongings of those who experienced repression and exile. Testimonies, memoirs, and individual stories form an integral part of the narrative. By presenting major historical events through personal experiences, surviving objects, and eyewitness accounts, the exhibition reveals the tragedy of deportation, the resilience of those who endured it, and the enduring importance of memory.
